Qualifications

• Staffing agency experience required with 2+ years in staffing.
• Proven full-desk recruiting capability across client development and candidate sourcing.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue targets.
• Strong relationship management with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• New business development to acquire and retain clients.
• Recruitment using our tech stack (Jax ATS) to fill open roles.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions.
