Job summary

Jobot is hiring Experienced Agency Recruiters. You will develop new business with clients, recruit top talent using our Jax ATS, and lead with kindness and respect. This remote-first role lets you work from anywhere in the U.S.

with autonomy and a high-performing team. Candidates should have staffing agency experience, full-desk recruiting expertise, and a proven track record in meeting placements and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: Currently or most recently employed at a staffing agency with 2+ years of experience.
• Full-desk recruiting: ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & revenue accountability: demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placements.
• Relationship nurturing: maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
• Industry specialization: experience recruiting in Construction or similar skill sets (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Use top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: Use our tech stack including Jax ATS to find candidates matching openings.
• Lead with Kindness + Respect.
