Compensation ranges from $24 to $35 per hour. Candidate should have 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience, a paralegal certificate or BA, excellent written/oral communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience.
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate OR Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Highly organized.
• MS Word proficiency.
• Type 50 wpm.
• Demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and clerical support to attorneys and the Office Supervisor.
• Prepares correspondence and simple to moderately complex legal documents.
• Schedules medical appointments.
• Proofreads documents for spelling and grammar.
• Organizes and maintains files.
• Screens telephone calls and visitors.
• Reads and responds to mail.
