Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP seeks a full-time Legal Assistant with Workers' Compensation experience. This remote-friendly role supports attorneys and the Office Supervisor, handles documentation, scheduling, and confidential matters.

The firm offers a remote-first environment with occasional travel and 10 offices in CA plus one in Colorado. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, LTD, EAP, 401(k), FSA/DCAP, and pet insurance.

Formación

• 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience.
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Word.
• Typing 50 words per minute.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and clerical support to one or more attorneys and the Office Supervisor.
• Prepares correspondence and simple to moderately complex legal documents.
• Schedules medical appointments.
• Proofreads documents for spelling and grammar.
• Organizes and maintains files.
• Screens telephone calls and visitors.
• Reads and responds to mail.
