You will execute risk-based audits from planning through remediation validation, partnering with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Legal to deliver practical, regulator-ready results in a dynamic fintech environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal/audit, external audit, compliance testing, or risk management within financial services.
• Independently execute audits end-to-end with regulator-ready documentation.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, and consumer protection in financial services.
• Experience managing multiple audit workstreams and co-sourced resources.
• Proficient in data analytics and using technology to improve audit efficiency.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
• Experience in a regulated financial institution preferred.
• Pursuing or holding professional certification (CIA/CPA/CFE/Series 7).

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end audits, including scoping, risk assessments, walkthroughs, fieldwork testing, and reporting.
• Own audit request tracking, open item management, and testing status updates for leadership.
• Identify control gaps with root-cause analysis and draft risk-based recommendations.
• Lead audit reporting with concise, actionable write-ups for leadership and regulators.
• Validate remediation of prior findings by assessing evidence.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Legal to maintain independence and collaboration.
