Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a seasoned Insurance Financial Reporting Manager to own statutory reporting, including quarterly and annual NAIC filings. You will collaborate across Finance, Compliance, Legal and Insurance, driving data reliability and audit readiness.

You’ll lead the annual statutory audit, coordinate PBC lists, and partner with actuarial and reinsurance teams to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; 8+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance finance or accounting, with statutory reporting at the core of that experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating a statutory audit, including the PBC process.
• Strong working knowledge of statutory financial reporting, controls, and insurance accounting.
• Experience with a holding company structure and consolidation up to a parent is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own statutory financial reporting, including quarterly and annual NAIC filings.
• Coordinate the annual statement end-to-end, including Schedules B, D, F and P, with accounting, actuarial and reinsurance teams.
• Lead the annual statutory audit and manage the PBC process.
• Analyze month-over-month changes in financial outcomes and provide clear reporting to leadership with actuarial and reinsurance support.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and documentation for key financial processes.
