bswift in the United States is seeking an Implementation Delivery Lead to guide client implementations of our Evive by bswift platform. You will lead technical workstreams, manage expectations, and partner with Product and Development teams to deliver on-time configurations and data integration.

This remote-friendly role offers high visibility and opportunities for growth within a dynamic benefits administration leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (required).
3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience (preferred in benefits/healthcare).
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical SME in key meetings and client discussions throughout the implementation process.
Guide clients on Evive by bswift data requirements and configuration impacts.
Manage client expectations and set clear delivery dates.
Consult clients on best practices and process changes to meet goals.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers on personalization campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely service delivery.
Stay current on industry trends and recommend enhancements.
Identify risks and escalate to the Implementation Lead.
