Job summary

Docplanner Group is seeking a senior analytics leader to scale a global team of 2–3 analysts and drive AI-first data initiatives. You will partner with VPs and cross-functional teams to surface actionable insights, build scalable data models, and deliver decision-ready dashboards in Looker/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Stats, Math, Physics, or similar).
• +5 years analytics experience, including 1–2 years leading analysts.
• Strong SQL skills (Redshift preferred); Python is a plus.
• Experience designing scalable data models and automations.
• Experience scaling AI-first ways using libraries and GitHub.
• Ability to translate data into business insights for senior audiences.
• Hands-on with Superset and Tableau for dashboards.
• Cross-functional collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Madrid or Barcelona based; remote-first in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of 2–3 analysts; prioritise and manage agile workflows.
• Coach analysts to improve quality and impact, not just output.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align impact.
• Develop AI-first analytics, reusable code, and scalable architectures.
• Create Looker/Tableau dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into data requirements across BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics.
• Lead experiments (A/B tests) and surface actionable insights.
