Job summary

Improvado, a marketing data platform, seeks a data-focused analyst/engineer to own the data pipeline for enterprise accounts. You’ll connect sources, model data with dbt/ClickHouse, and present dashboards to customers who rely on accurate insights.

Must have expert SQL, Python and proficiency in at least one BI tool like Looker, Power BI or Tableau. Prior experience with GA4, ad platforms, and CRM ecosystems is preferred. Remote-first role with a strong emphasis on delivering business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a marketing analyst, data analyst, BI developer or analytics engineer.
• Expert SQL, working Python, one BI tool at expert level.
• Experience with multiple marketing sources (ad platforms, GA4, CRM) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the data chain for each account: sources, data modeling, QA, dashboards, and weekly calls.
• Write SQL daily; use Python for transformations where needed.
• Build reports in Looker, Power BI or Tableau and the underlying model for finance reviews.
• Identify data issues before customers notice them and communicate clearly.
• Utilize Claude Code to move faster while verifying outputs.
