Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a software engineer to join our Card Acquisition team. You will help build scalable web and mobile experiences, design APIs, and collaborate with product management, design and analytics to turn ideas into reliable features.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Experience shipping mobile apps with React Native.
• Experience designing, developing and launching APIs with Kotlin or Python.
• Ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code.
• Comfort navigating large codebases and performing code reviews.
• Growth mindset with proactive feedback to teammates.
• Strong verbal and written communication for global collaboration.
• Equivalent practical experience or a related Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Break down large projects into tasks and deliver in phases.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics on ideation and decisions.
• Support operations of team artifacts and on-call efforts.
• Contribute to team growth through interview participation.
