Job summary

NinjaHoldings is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Operations to drive growth and operational excellence. You will identify opportunities, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through optimization.

The ideal candidate is data-driven with strong product management skills, capable of shaping initiatives across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, operations, product management, business analysis, or high-growth fintech/startup environments.
• Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership from concept through execution.
• Strong product management skills: requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, collaboration with tech teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; translate ambiguity into structured plans and actionable recommendations.
• Experience using data to evaluate performance, identify improvements, and measure impact of initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing products to drive growth and efficiency.
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans, product requirements, and success metrics.
• Evaluate current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through prioritization, development, testing, launch and post-launch review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product, and Engineering to define requirements and align priorities.
• Use data and insights to develop recommendations, build business cases, and prioritize impactful initiatives.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications to keep initiatives on track and delivering results.
• Design scalable operational processes to improve efficiency, customer experience and business performance.
• Monitor outcomes against success metrics and pursue continuous optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and others to ensure alignment with objectives.
