Bankjoy is seeking a Director of Partnerships to build and grow its channel ecosystem, driving revenue through banks, credit unions, resellers, and referral networks nationwide. This role is primarily a pipeline generation position, measured by lead volume, quality, and resulting revenue.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, commercially minded, with deep fintech/banking tech roots. You will recruit partners, manage relationships, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of channel partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances experience in fintech or banking tech.
• Established relationships within credit unions or community banks ecosystem with core banking providers as an advantage.
• Proven track record of building partnerships that generate measurable revenue and a strong pipeline.
• Strong commercial instincts to structure mutually beneficial partnerships and keep them active.
• Excellent relationship management and proactive communication with partners and sales teams.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners (core banking providers, resellers, referral networks).
• Build a robust pipeline of inbound leads from channel partnerships targeting credit unions and community banks.
• Structure partner agreements with clear, measurable incentives for referrals and resales.
