Qualifications

• 17+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks.
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet.
• At least 15 years building expertise within the general space.
• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint.

Responsabilités

• Make general tradeoffs visible so Nissan can weigh them
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Refuse to let Written Communication debt quietly accumulate on your watch
• Spot the Metairie pattern in feedback before it becomes a complaint
• Defend the Interpersonal Skills fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them
• Keep Interpersonal Skills handoffs warm so Metairie partners never feel dropped
• Read an Attention to Detail system you didn't build and improve it anyway
