The role requires 8+ years in risk analytics, advanced SQL skills, and a data-driven mindset to translate insights into decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Credit, Model and Fraud Risk.
• Advanced SQL skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Strong ability to translate risk insights into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the second-line oversight framework for credit, model, and fraud risk across Zip’s U.S. portfolio.
• Review and challenge first-line risk strategies before bank submission.
• Provide oversight of model risk management practices including validation, inventory, and governance.
