Coinbase Creative Studio seeks a Design Operations Manager to own the operating model for design and motion across a diverse portfolio. You’ll sit at the center of the creative ecosystem, coordinating people, processes, partners, and priorities to scale the studio globally.

You’ll define resource strategy for full‑time and contract talent, protect quality and timeliness, and lead initiatives across multiple streams while balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in design, business, communications, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Significant experience leading design operations, creative operations, production management, or a related function within a high-performing creative organization.
• A track record of delivering creative work for world-class brands and products across multiple media, channels, and complex business contexts.
• Proven experience developing resource strategy and managing global networks of contract design and motion talent, agencies, and production partners.
• Exceptional organizational judgment, with the ability to set priorities, anticipate tradeoffs, and create clarity across complex and shifting workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead through ambiguity, and drive alignment across creative, marketing, production, and business teams.
• A high bar for creative quality, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to move work forward across in-house teams and agency partners through clear processes and influence.

Mansioni

• Define and own the design and motion operating model for Creative Studio, including how work is planned, resourced, prioritized, reviewed, delivered, and reported.
• Set resource and capacity strategy across a broad portfolio of creative work, balancing business priorities, timelines, skill sets, and team health.
• Build and scale a global ecosystem of contract talent, agencies, and production partners, including sourcing, onboarding, engagement, and management of external partner performance.
• Establish operating rhythms, planning systems, and reporting that give senior stakeholders clear visibility into capacity, priorities, risks, and delivery.
• Lead high‑impact design and motion initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring the work meets a high bar for quality, scope, timeliness, and brand expression.
• Partner with creatives, producers, strategists, marketers, and senior cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex business priorities into executable creative plans.
• Identify bottlenecks and create scalable tools, processes, and solutions that increase the team’s speed, effectiveness, and ability to deliver exceptional work.
