Coinbase Creative Studio is seeking a Design Operations Manager to own the operating model for design and motion across a diverse portfolio. You will sit at the center of our creative ecosystem, coordinating people, processes, partners, and priorities to deliver high‑quality work.

You will manage resource planning for design and motion talent, scale the global network of agencies, and establish rhythms and reporting to keep executives informed of capacity, risks, and delivery timelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in design, business, communications or related field.
• Significant experience leading design operations, creative operations, production management, or related function.
• Track record delivering creative work for world‑class brands across media.
• Proven experience developing resource strategy and managing global networks of contract talent, agencies, and production partners.
• Exceptional organizational judgment, prioritization, tradeoffs, and clarity across shifting workstreams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams.

Mansioni

• Define and own the design and motion operating model for Creative Studio, including planning, resourcing, prioritization, reviews, delivery and reporting.
• Set resource and capacity strategy across a broad portfolio of creative work balancing priorities, timelines, and team health.
• Build and scale a global ecosystem of contract talent, agencies, and production partners with onboarding and performance management.
• Establish operating rhythms, planning systems, and reporting for visibility into capacity and risks.
• Lead high‑impact design and motion initiatives across multiple workstreams while ensuring quality and brand expression.
• Collaborate with creatives, producers, strategists, marketers, and senior stakeholders to translate priorities into executable plans.
• Identify bottlenecks and create scalable tools and processes to increase speed and efficiency.
