Coinbase Creative Studio is seeking a Design Operations Manager to optimize the design and motion operating model across a fast-moving portfolio. You’ll own resource planning for full-time and contract design and motion talent, set capacity strategy, and scale the studio through global partner networks.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, protect quality and timeliness, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver world-class brand work for Coinbase products and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in design, business, or a related field.
• Significant experience leading design operations, creative operations, or production management.
• Track record delivering creative work for world-class brands across media.
• Proven ability to develop resource strategy and manage global networks of talent and agencies.
• Strong prioritization, communication, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Define and own the design and motion operating model for Creative Studio.
• Set resource and capacity strategy across a broad portfolio of creative work.
• Build and scale a global ecosystem of contract talent, agencies, and production partners.
• Establish operating rhythms, planning systems, and reporting that give senior stakeholders visibility into capacity and risks.
