Coinbase Creative Studio is seeking a Design Operations Manager to own the operating model for design and motion, coordinating resources, partners, and priorities across a diverse portfolio. You will drive planning, resourcing, and reporting while safeguarding quality and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll build scalable processes, partner with internal teams and external partners, and lead initiatives to increase speed, clarity, and impact of our creative work for world-class brands.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in design/related field.
• Significant experience leading design operations or production management in a high-performing creative org.
• Proven track record delivering work for world-class brands across multiple media.

Mansioni

• Define and own the design and motion operating model for Creative Studio, including how work is planned, resourced, prioritized, reviewed, delivered, and reported.
• Set resource and capacity strategy across a broad portfolio of creative work, balancing business priorities, timelines, skill sets, and team health.
• Build and scale a global ecosystem of contract talent, agencies, and production partners, including sourcing, onboarding, engagement, and management of external partner performance.
• Establish operating rhythms, planning systems, and reporting that give senior stakeholders clear visibility into capacity, priorities, risks, and delivery.
• Lead high-impact design and motion initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring the work meets a high bar for quality, scope, timeliness, and brand expression.
• Partner with creatives, producers, strategists, marketers, and senior cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business priorities into executable creative plans.
• Identify bottlenecks and create scalable tools, processes, and solutions that increase the team’s speed, effectiveness, and ability to deliver exceptional work.
