Qualifications

• 5+ years of law-firm experience; in-house fintech experience preferred.
• JD degree from a well-regarded law school; US state bar in good standing.
• Experience in structured and/or debt finance—term, revolving, asset-based lending; loan sales; securitizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the capital markets team in building out capital sources and strategies, including international expansion.
• Support the bank partnerships team in building out the network of partner banks.
• Guide financing transactions from strategy discussions to deal execution from a legal perspective.
