Job summary

Holon Health in Missouri is seeking a mission-aligned Community Relationship Manager to grow partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, health plans, and justice-system partners. You will mentor the Client Acquisition team, develop training for justice and community partners, and drive regional growth across Missouri.

You will build trusted relationships, travel within the state, and serve as a strategic partner to courts, probation departments, and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in account management, community engagement, outreach, or sales—ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or criminal justice sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing teams and driving results.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with referral partners across sober living homes, treatment providers, probation/parole offices, courts, and community organizations.
• Serve as primary contact for referral partners within your territory.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and educational sessions to strengthen engagement.
• Represent Holon at local and state conferences, coalition meetings, and community events.
• Identify opportunities to co-host or participate in educational and community initiatives.
• Act as a visible ambassador for Holon’s mission and model of care.
• Track industry trends and provide feedback to inform outreach strategy.
• Foster an inclusive, equity-driven team culture through training and mentoring.
