Job summary

The People Collective in Chicago is seeking a Community Coordinator to support the Executive Director across membership experience, programming, events, marketing, content, and growth. The role covers in-person and virtual events, primarily daytime with occasional evenings, and is 90% remote with some onsite meetings in the Chicagoland area.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in event planning or community management
• Strong project management and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Glue Up or similar association platforms
• Highly organized and comfortable working remotely

Responsibilities

• Support member engagement and events
