Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Communications Designer to translate complex ideas into intuitive, brand-aligned visuals in a remote-first environment. You will own end-to-end design for web graphics, slides, and campaign assets, collaborating with editors, video producers, and editorial teams to deliver compelling visuals.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Google Slides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic design rooted in content strategy and user experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
• Strong branding understanding with experience across digital, print, slideware, social, and motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proactive in sharing work and open to feedback.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers and leading design projects with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, and user-centered design across formats: web graphics, slides, campaign assets, visuals.
• Own end-to-end design work from intake to final handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to support storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize concepts.
• Translate stakeholder needs and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Maintain brand consistency and evolve style/templates in a remote, fast-moving environment.
