Job summary

Brunel in Phoenix seeks a Commissioning Technical Support Admin to support the commissioning team on a long-term contract. This role is Phoenix-based with a work-from-home base and occasional in-office presence for face-to-face collaboration.

You will prepare and support daily, weekly and monthly reports for construction projects, track systems readiness, and assist with dashboards and project updates while coordinating with the Director of Commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in MIS or equivalent experience.
• Min 3 years related experience on a major construction/commissioning project as administrative support.
• Extensive experience with OneDrive, MS Teams, SharePoint and MS Office.
• Must be experienced developing reports in PowerBI.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels; Spanish proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support daily, weekly and monthly reports for projects.
• Track systems completion and readiness.
• Support project dashboards and progress tracking reports.
• Track and summarize project status and report out.
• Support commissioning procedures and documentation.
• Perform other duties as required.
