Qualifications

• Hold a valid broker license with 1+ years of insurance experience.
• Demonstrate ability to clearly explain complex concepts and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Show strong organization and technical skills, including BMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for commercial insurance clients for policy servicing and support.
• Work across accounts, new business, or renewals based on strengths and interests.
• Manage client portfolios, process endorsements, and conduct mid-term reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage inbound leads, assess risks, and propose tailored coverage.
• Lead renewal outreach, negotiate with partners, and maximize retention.
