Job summary

Zensurance is redefining commercial insurance for Canadian businesses. We’re seeking an elite sales professional to onboard new clients, manage a high-value book, and act as a trusted advisor from day one.

You will leverage BMS and Salesforce to streamline workflows, collaborate with underwriters, and ensure accurate policy data while delivering proactive value through the policy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Licensing with broker license for your province
• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Strong ability to translate insurance jargon into clear language
• Auditing renewals and understanding legislative shifts
• Strategic partner mindset rather than a vendor

Responsibilities

• Strategic onboarding of new customers and establishing trust from day one.
• Managing an existing book of business by issuing certificates and processing endorsements for large accounts.
• Carefully reviewing all new submissions and policy data for accuracy.
