Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a senior in-house attorney to manage commercial contracting end-to-end, including new logos, renewals, and vendor relationships. You will also oversee APAC legal presence from day one and help build the contracting infrastructure to support a growing, multi-product business.

You will collaborate across deal desks, sales, and customer success, while managing risk under tight closing deadlines in a remote-first, global environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in a relevant state.
• Proven experience in tech transactions, in both a law firm and in-house setting.
• Track record negotiating SaaS or commercial agreements, NDAs, customer agreements, SLAs, EULAs, subscription contracts, vendor and reseller agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate Cast AI’s sales agreements end to end for new logos and renewals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, vendor, reseller, and independent contractor agreements.
• Lead efforts to revamp and standardize contracting processes for a multi-product business.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements including SLAs, EULAs, subscriptions.
