Job summary

Edmentum, Bloomington MN, is seeking a Systems Administrator II to help manage cloud infrastructure, identity services, and productivity platforms. You will work across AWS and GCP, Entra ID, AD, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, while supporting security and compliance and participating in on-call rotations.

The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell or Python, and collaboration with Security and Enterprise Support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP in production environments.
• Knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, and hybrid identity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Familiar with SSO, MFA, and enterprise application management.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Defender for Endpoint is a plus.
• Familiar with security concepts (SOC2, vulnerability management).
• Experience using AI tools and governance is a plus.
• Strong scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree; relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Edmentum's cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
• Support identity management across Entra ID and AWS, including SSO and MFA.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure hybrid identity.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Manage devices with Microsoft Intune and Defender for Endpoint.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents and on-call rotation.
• Support SOC2 compliance and security monitoring.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Support on endpoint needs.
• Look for opportunities to automate and improve processes.
