Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services with a hybrid work arrangement. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families across the USA, with one mandatory in-person visit per month.

Qualifications

• Nebraska BCBA licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliant documentation and data management.
• Support ongoing professional development and training.
