Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, supporting behavioral assessments, treatment plans, supervision, and caregiver collaboration across service states in the USA.

You will join a team that values ongoing CEUs, clinical support, and access to a broad toolkit.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals; maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (eligible or current)

Experience ABA services for autism or developmental disabilities preferred
