Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for the Stablecoin team to build backend services powering international stablecoins and integrations with external APIs.

You will own features end-to-end, support mint/burn operations, and collaborate with product and design peers to deliver secure, scalable systems. You will contribute to reliability, observability, and security, applying best practices and responsible AI usage to improve workflow efficiency and product quality across Retail,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production backend experience in a service-oriented architecture.
• Proficiency in Go and knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum or similar).
• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party APIs and external systems.
• Ability to deliver features end-to-end with autonomy from design through deployment.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and well-tested production code.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsabilités

• Build backend services powering stablecoin issuance, onboarding, and operations with external APIs.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to production with cross-functional collaboration.
• Support smart contracts for minting and safeguarding stablecoin supply with seniors.
• Partner with Stablecoins UX, Growth, and Ecosystem for rewards and conversion features.
• Improve reliability and quality with well-tested code, observability, and operations.
