Job summary

Clerkie, a remote-first fintech startup, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join a small but mighty Product team. This role suits someone early in their product career who wants real ownership and to grow alongside seasoned PMs and leadership.

You will work with product managers, designers, and engineers, supporting both consumer experiences and B2B platform work in a fast-paced Series A environment. This role is a true launchpad for future growth at Clerkie.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to explore problems and shape solutions.
• Work directly on high-priority initiatives across our SaaS products.
• Support discovery, documentation, and delivery for key product work streams.
• Join (and contribute to!) team rituals like sprint planning, retros, and roadmap reviews.
• Help scope and ship features from research through release.
• Keep the team organized with clear requirements, thoughtful tracking, and great communication.
• Bring fresh eyes, user empathy, and curiosity to everything you touch.
