Engineered Corrosion Solutions, LLC (ECS) seeks a Market Development & Industry Relations Manager to expand ECS’s presence in the fire protection engineering community. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to shape market strategy and position ECS as a trusted industry voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years in fire protection, engineering consulting, building systems, or related industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships with engineers, technical stakeholders, customers, and associations.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Represent ECS in the fire protection engineering community and at industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, associations, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute market engagement activities, including meetings, lunch-and-learns, conferences.
• Identify speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities to raise ECS visibility.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to align market development with growth.
• Monitor industry trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Support creation of technical content and market-facing resources.
