Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Experience / Customer Support role.
• Ability to translate complex terminology into clear, human user communication.
• Interest in automating repetitive tasks and improving processes.
• Calm and organized under multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Answer user questions over chat, email, and phone.
• Handle account requests including application processing, disputes, payments, and shipments.
• Teach customers how to use Mercury and translate confusion into product feedback.
• Identify systemic issues and work with engineering to resolve bugs.
• Create and maintain help articles and FAQs.
• Build and sustain warm relationships with users and support infra.
