Mercury Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Relationship Manager to partner with startups and founders, helping them adopt Mercury’s core financial products and ensuring a seamless, impactful experience.

You will manage a high-volume portfolio, provide day-to-day support, and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to drive retention and growth across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in FinTech, Customer Success, early‑stage banking, or startup‑facing Account Management.
• Experience working with founders or early‑stage teams; comfort with ambiguity and speed.
• Surgical precision on effectively managing a large book of accounts with automation and playbooks without losing personal touches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first relationship contact for startups, ensuring they’re getting the most business value out of Mercury.
• Build relationships across a startup’s team, helping them grow and scale their business while adopting Mercury’s core suite.
• Execute playbooks that ensure consistent engagement across a large portfolio of startups, focused on the optimization, retention, and growth of Mercury’s early‑stage startup customers
• Proactively retain, expand, and surface opportunities and high-growth startups across the book of business.
• Advocate the customer experience by collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Partnerships, Product) to provide feedback and improve the customer’s experience.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth.
