Job summary

FYIsoft, Inc. is hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to build pipeline for our financial software suite. The role offers a base salary of $150,000–$165,000 plus stock options and early equity, with remote US or US East Coast alignment.

Expect ownership of demand generation across paid, social, email, webinars, and events, and close collaboration with Sales on enablement. The candidate will drive product launches like Telli and AI features, craft finance-focused content, and manage HubSpot,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required.
• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS.
• Finance background targeting CFOs/controllers or accounting pros, or fintech/ERP experience.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot) and AI savvy.
• Track record of campaigns delivering measurable pipeline.
• Strong writing to convey financial software clearly.
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team and self-planned work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize multi-channel demand gen campaigns (paid search/social, email, SEO/SEO, webinars, events).
• Support product launches with messaging, collateral and launch content.
• Create content for finance buyers: case studies, ROI guides, blogs, webinars, nurtures.
• Run co-marketing with ERP and accounting partners.
• Manage HubSpot campaigns, lead scoring, workflows and hygiene.
• Report pipeline metrics and ROI weekly and act on insights.
• Collaborate with Sales on handoff and enablement.
• Oversee website, agencies and freelancers.
