The candidate will work with Fintech Senior Relationship Managers and other teams to retain and deepen partner relationships while resolving issues promptly in a fast‑paced environment. Remote options exist for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in a customer support role in financial services, payments, or fintech.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work with staff and management at all levels and manage expectations.
• Technical aptitude to absorb and apply technical information to business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to Fintech partnerships and day‑to‑day operations.
• Build trust and strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor internal and partner SLAs and report performance.
• Assist with due diligence and risk reviews; gather and relay information.
