SyntheticFi is hiring an Operations Associate to be the main liaison between the company, financial advisors, clients, and custodian partners. You will help ensure accounts open correctly, transfers run smoothly, and advisors receive timely support.

This role impacts client experience, advisor relationships, and scalable operations within a fast-growing fintech. Remote-friendly with emphasis on US-based candidates in or near major markets.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with RIA custodians (Charles Schwab, Pershing, Fidelity or similar)
• Experience supporting advisor/brokerage/wealth management/RIA operations
• Strong understanding of account opening, transfers and operational workflows
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive issue resolution
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Responsabilités

• Communicate daily with custodian partners to ensure smooth paperwork, discrepancies resolution, and margin management
• Manage new client account setup and serve as primary contact for operations inquiries
• Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies and financial regulations
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support software/automation implementations
• Collaborate with product, engineering and leadership on new financial products and feasibility testing
