MVB Financial Corp. in a fast-growing fintech ecosystem seeks a seasoned Core Banking Integration Specialist to translate non-standard integration needs into actionable solutions.

You’ll serve as the primary liaison between fintech stakeholders and MVB's core product teams, shaping data and funds‑flow designs for scalable deployments. This role partners with core vendors, leads cross‑functional discussions through to documented, supportable resolutions, and provides technical direction on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in core banking implementation, payments operations, or fintech/BaaS integration.
• Experience designing or supporting non-standard payment or account integrations.
• Strong understanding of ACH, wire, and check/image processing mechanics.
• Experience partnering with core banking vendors on solution scoping.
• Excellent written communication, with ability to produce technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between fintech stakeholders and MVB's core product teams for complex integrations.
• Assist in assessing new fintech and processor integration requirements with data/funds flow design.
• Diagnose requirements for evolving fintech relationships and translate into documented solutions.
• Partner with core vendors to scope and develop new integration capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional discussions through to completion with maintained documentation.
• Provide consultative support for file-based delivery formats and secure data exchange setups.
• Collaborate with the Core Integration Consultant on engagements needing deep core banking expertise.
