MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Fintech Data Analyst to support financial analytics across deposit, NII, and fee revenue for fintech partnerships. You will build and maintain financial models and evaluate deal economics, partnering with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and senior leadership to inform pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, banking, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with SUMIFS, pivot tables, and modeling.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive/board reporting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with debt/deposit modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains financial models for fintech clients, including deposit, NII, and fee revenue projections.
• Conducts scenario and sensitivity analyses to test assumptions.
• Evaluates onboarding economics against benchmarks to inform deal structuring.
• Analyzes client profitability after launch and flags margin issues.
• Recommends pricing adjustments or contract renegotiation as needed.
• Monitors KPIs across client portfolio and reports to leadership.
• Supports monthly fintech performance reporting and board materials.
• Maintains rolling forecasts across NII and deposits with ramp assumptions.
