MVB Financial Corp. is seeking a Fintech Data Analyst to support financial analytics across fintech partnerships. The role involves evaluating deal economics, monitoring profitability, and forecasting NII and deposits.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and leadership, and the role can be based remotely in the United States. The analyst will build financial models, run scenario analyses, and prepare materials for senior leadership and the board.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related quantitative field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, banking, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including SUMIFS, pivot tables, financial modeling, and sensitivity/scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort modeling deposit balances and interest income.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.

Mansioni

• Builds and maintains financial models for prospective fintech clients, including deposit balances, NII, and fee revenue projections.
• Conducts scenario and sensitivity analysis related to client ramp, rate environment, and volume growth.
• Evaluates onboarding economics against benchmarks to inform deal structuring and pricing decisions.
• Analyzes client-level profitability post-launch and flags margin issues or pricing impacts.
• Supports monthly fintech performance reporting, including revenue and board materials.
• Maintains rolling forecasts across NII and deposit workstreams; supports monthly close activities.
