Job summary

Zact Inc. is growing its customer success function and seeks a Client Support Representative to be the first line of support for our fintech clients, handling calls and tickets with urgency and care.

You will work with the Customer Success Manager supporting a portfolio across commercial card and accounts payable products, owning day-to-day interactions and logging issues. This startup offers fully remote US work and growth opportunities within CSR/CSM paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/finance field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in a client-facing customer support role in banking/fintech.
• Practical understanding of commercial card programs and vendor payments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and phone demeanor.
• Able to document issues clearly and manage follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of commercial card and accounts payable clients.
• Cover the inbound client support phone line during business hours and log issues.
• Handle first-level support requests: card issuance questions, authorization inquiries, and disputes.
• Escalate complex issues to the CSM with full context and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and issue logs across internal systems.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as onboarding guides and program updates.
• Help document support processes and stay current on product changes.
