Splitwise is seeking a bank operations expert with compliance experience to join the Business Operations team and support Splitwise Pay. You will work with our bank partner, help implement product changes, and coordinate annual audits while maintaining daily reconciliations and policy reviews.

You will report to the Head of Business Operations, Sarah Brown. This role is in a small team with opportunities to influence regulatory updates and cross-functional collaboration with engineering,

Qualifikationen

• You've worked with a fintech or bank before.
• Familiar with BSA/AML regulations for a small fintech partnering with a bank.
• Enjoy learning about new regulations and researching compliance topics.
• Think practically about both compliance and customer experience.
• Curious, empathetic, thoughtful and analytical.
• Engaged and quick to learn from experience.
• Take initiative and have strong organizational skills.
• Enjoy cross-functional collaboration with engineers, analysts, designers, and product managers.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with our bank partner to implement product changes and exception reports.
• Report monthly to the bank on operating metrics.
• Ensure daily reconciliation of accounts and settlements.
• Manage changes and annual review of Splitwise Pay policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and respond to external auditors for annual BSA/AML requirements.
• Research fintech and compliance best practices to guide product changes and improvements.
