You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and scheduling, helping members understand services and connect with the right coaches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and handling high-volume communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls professionally.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments.
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation.
• Coordinate with coaches and internal teams for seamless handoffs.
• Protect member privacy and confidentiality.
