Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects and clients virtually to assess needs and make product recommendations.
• Support the Virtual Solutions Delivery Team sales process with consultative conversations.
• Proactively contact targeted clients to set up appointments for comprehensive reviews.
• Remain available per schedule to deliver an exceptional virtual client experience.
• Manage and resolve complex servicing issues by leveraging internal resources.
• Meet quarterly revenue/profit goals through deposits, lending, and onboarding outreach.
• Participate in the Virtual Solutions Delivery CARES routines.
• Attend sales, service, and product training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to schedule, controls, procedures, and risk-management policies.
