Qualifications

• 3–7 years of mid-level customer service experience in financial services.
• Experience handling employer and investment-related transactions.
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Familiar with Relias and CRM platforms.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service with high-volume phone support.

Responsibilities

• Support Plan Connect team with day-to-day operational needs.
• Handle 20–25 inbound calls daily with professional service.
• Process remitting activities between employers and investment providers.
• Review and process seller reduction agreements.
• Monitor compliance with employer plan documents.
• Answer emails and respond to inquiries from stakeholders and customers.
• Complete paperwork and approvals accurately.
• Navigate Relias and other CRM/tools to complete tasks.
• Perform accurate data entry for transactions and customer interactions.
• Multitask between admin tasks and phone calls.
• Collaborate with remote team members.
• Proactively address issues with a strong service mentality.
