Responsibilities

• Generate ad hoc reports combining Customer Service and Bank Reconciliation for finance leadership
• Handle intercompany transactions and eliminations during consolidation
• Maintain accurate records in Customer Service and recommend process improvements
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for Mastercard
• Coach manager analysts on how a clean reconciliation should feel
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, region, and customer segment
• Knit Internal Controls pipelines into the close so data lands pre-validated
