Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, including automated RIA/TPA processing, reporting, and fee equalization. You will oversee database accuracy, billings, and cross-functional coordination with service teams.

Responsibilities include reconciliation, invoice creation, and supporting billing processes across government savings contracts, with opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day financial operations including quarterly automated Recordkeeping, RIA, and TPA payment processing.
• Oversee RIA database management and Government Savings billings.
• Coordinate reporting and delivery of RIA information to various firms.
• Create invoices and post wires using journal entries for Govt Saving contracts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of billed revenue and commissions.
• Support with other tasks and projects as assigned.
