The candidate will collaborate with Billing Production Advisors and Finance IT to improve revenue-cycle processes, document issues, and drive cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years in a Finance-related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational ticket queue and client tasks in Salesforce Case work.
• Document, review, and resolve cycle processing errors with cross-functional teams.
• Support larger revenue-cycle initiatives and professional services projects.
• Interface with multiple business units and participate in conference calls as needed.
• Create work instruction documentation and identify process improvements for management.
