Trinity Health is seeking a Specialist I to support financial clearance and insurance verification in a fully remote role. You will handle pre-service account financial clearance and preservice collections, verify insurance, and initiate billing.

Two to Five years of related experience, HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA certification within one year, and a High School Diploma are required. Proficiency with registration and accounting systems is essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two to Five years experience in area of expertise such as scheduling, financial clearance, or patient access.
• National certification in HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA required within one year of hire.
• Must be proficient in the use of Patient Registration/Patient Accounting systems and related software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle pre-service financial clearance and collections prior to service date.
• Obtain and verify accurate insurance information and benefit validation.
• Obtain authorizations and preservice collections as part of the patient billing process.
• Begin the patient experience and initiate billing for services provided by the hospital.
