Job summary

The NBA is seeking an Associate Manager, Financial Analyst to coordinate financial reporting and analytics for the WNBA teams. This role supports Team Finance, reviews projections, and assists with the annual business cycle.

The successful candidate will analyze performance, assist with ticket and union reporting, and liaise with external auditors. A CPA is preferred but not required; 3–4 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills are essential. Bonus and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in public accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or related strategic finance role.
• Strong Excel skills (Index/Match, V-Lookups; macros a big plus) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with large data sets, descriptive analytics, and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial reporting and analytics for WNBA teams.
• Review team projections, run variance analyses, and ensure reporting consistency.
• Assist with ticket reporting and league deliverables.
• Serve as liaison for team billing and communications; support team audits.
